At Nirogin, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your order and what to expect during the cancellation and refund process.

We aim to keep our cancellation process simple, clear, and customer-friendly so you can shop with confidence on our online store in India.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after placement.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, cancellation options may become limited.


2. Shipping and Delivery Details

Orders are dispatched after processing and are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your city, state, courier partner, and service availability.
  • Once your order is shipped, it enters the delivery stage.
  • At this point, cancellation may not be possible, but you can still contact us for assistance.

3. Charges If Applicable

  • There are no cancellation charges if you cancel your order before dispatch.
  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch, shipping or handling charges may apply.
  • If any charges are applicable, we will inform you clearly before processing your request.

4. Return, Refund and Cancellation

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed after the cancellation request is approved.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • In such cases, you can refer to our Return and Refund Policy for return options after delivery.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after cancellation approval.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank, card provider, UPI provider, wallet, or payment gateway.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account after receiving valid bank details.


6. Important Notes

  • Please request cancellation as soon as possible for faster processing.
  • Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled easily.
  • Please provide the correct order ID, phone number, and email address while requesting cancellation.
  • Nirogin reserves the right to verify cancellation requests before approval.
  • If an order is cancelled by Nirogin due to stock unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, or serviceability issue, the customer will be informed and the eligible refund will be processed.
